The book listed on this page is the Chimney Scanning and Inspection book. This book will help anyone get a grasp on how to scan and inspect a chimney. Advanced information is included for those who have be scanning for a while. The diagrams and photos in this book are meant to be teaching tools but provides ways to explain to a homeowner their situation and the causes. This book is for Chim-Scan® users, as it more product oriented. If you don't own or use a Chim-Scan®, the Internal Chimney Scanning reference book is for you. The information is identical to the Chim-Scan® book but all product-oriented pages have been removed. You don't not have to take the class to take the test, as the test is open book. When you purchase the book for $200, you get a 1-time access to the test. If others need or want to take the test, we ask that you purchase the access for $50.
